The high profile event, organized by Bola Ray's Empire Entertainment, was headlined by performances from Ghana's Shatta Wale and M.anisfest as well as Nigeria's Davido and Tiwa Savage.

But in the front row of the audience was a familiar face: Andre 'Dede' Ayew, the vice captain of Ghana's senior national team, the Black Stars.

The midfielder, 27, is currently back in the country on holidays after helping West Ham United finish 11th in the just ended 2016/17 English Premier League season.

After joining the Hammers for club record fee of £20.5 million last August, he went on to make 26 appearances across all competitions, scoring six times.
